 As a Dispensing Audiologist who has been in the field for over 25 years, my main priority and concern is that of the hearing impaired patient. I work with Otolaryngologists and offer patients quality care. We provide all options to our patients that will best suit their needs without any pressure to purchase. It is our office priority that each and every one of our patients leaves the office with the best possible hearing that we can provide for them. It is not always possible to satisfy all patients. Most people don’t understand hearing loss. It is complicated and varies from patient to patient. Not every hearing loss can be fitted with the same hearing aids and achieve the same success.
